Please perform the steps mentioned below which may fix the issue:

1. Error message “No supported webcam connected, Please plug in a supported device” may get fixed by reinstalling webcam driver. Please install the driver using the Drivers disk sent with the computer.

2. In case it does not get fixed, please perform Dell PC Diagnostics for Web Cam using the link mentioned below:
