Dell Inspiron M5010 freezes and cuts to blank screen

Question

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron M5010 laptop that started freezing after it had started up and then eventually began freezing at startup. I cleaned out the inside to get rid of any dust buildup but that didn't work. I ran it in safe mode and did a virus scan and nothing came up and cleaned out the registry but it still kept freezing up and not responding (sometimes even in safe mode). I ran the diagnostic check to see if it was a hardware problem and it passed everything. So then I did a complete factory restore and it is still freezing and not responding. I took it into Geek Squad to see if they could figure out what was wrong with it and after running some tests they said they didn't know what was wrong with it. Any suggestions?

I would suggest you to run a 32-bit diagnostics on all the components of the computer.
