What revision is the ESM/Drac currently at? If it is too far behind it may cause this.
Here is the current revision 1.92 - www.dell.com/.../poweredge-r710
Let me know what you find.

Have you tried updating everything else in the platform update (F10 when boot) first?

Logon to the drac with webinterface and you will see all versions. You will also see all versions you have and whats available if you run the platform update (F10). Update everything that can be updated and finally go for the BIOS.

thanks for replay
whare can i see which version of drac the server use?
i did perform update to other devices (etc- network , sas raid, sas driver) and there was no error
when i reach to update the bios it respond with this error
