R710 bios update unable to get the system generation

hello im trying to update bios and i get error massage  device:BIOS, application:BIOS unable to get the system generation current version 6.1.0 update bios version 6.3.0 the error log file attached 10x to all for the help

PPPuser, What revision is the ESM/Drac currently at? If it is too far behind it may cause this. Here is the current revision 1.92 - www.dell.com/.../poweredge-r710 Let me know what you find. Thanks.

Have you tried updating everything else in the platform update (F10 when boot) first?

Logon to the drac with webinterface and you will see all versions. You will also see all versions you have and whats available if you run the platform update (F10). Update everything that can be updated and finally go for the BIOS.

i did perform update to other devices (etc- network , sas raid, sas driver) and there was no error when  i reach to update the bios it respond with this error
