Hi anujgupta350,

I would like to know if issue occurs in BIOS. If you have not yet checked, please restart the computer and tap F2 key at Dell Logo to enter the BIOS.

We can also check in safe mode. Please follow the below mentioned steps:

  1. Restart the computer
  2. Tap F8 key repeatedly at Dell logo for windows Advanced Boot Options.
  3. Use the up/down arrow key to highlight "Safe mode" and press enter.

Please post the results.

No there is no issue when I enter the BIOS or use the system in safe mode.

But there is problem in normal mode.

Also, When I play some video, make it on full screen and then minimise it. Then, the colors just fade out for some seconds.

Hi anujgupta350,

Does the brightness fluctuation happen when the adapter is connected to the computer?

Create a new user account and check if it is working fine or doing the same thing. This would tell us if the issue is with the user account. To create a new user account, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Click Start.
  2. In search Type “User Account”.
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Ensure that it is an Administrator account.
  5. Check if it is working fine.

Please post the results.

I  tried by creating a new admin account.

But the same issue is happening in that account too.

Hi anujgupta350,

To isolate the issue please provide the following information:

  1. Does it happen when the battery is low or when it is fully charged?
  2. Have you checked with a known good battery?

For any clarifications feel free to contact me.

Hi anujgupta350,

Run the MS Fix – it and check if it resolves the problem. If issue persists, run the online diagnostics (Choose a Diagnostic Type as components) on the computer to check if the hardware (battery) is working fine.

Please post the results.
