It seems to be an issue with the hard drive, I would suggest you to reset the hard drive; I am providing a link for that.

Kindly run Dell diagnostics once again after reinstalling hard drive and in case you getting 0142 error again, please replace your hard drive and if you are getting 0146 try to reinstall the operating system again.
