What is the interface for the internal hard drive of an Inspiron 8100 notebook?

Question

Specifically, what kind of female connection or adapter is needed for this internal hard drive, which I removed from a dead Inspiron 8100 notebook?  This drive has 44 pins, but the space between the rows is much less than those on an 'ordinary' IDE, desktop hard drive. The rows of the Inspiron notebook are spaced somewhat like a knife edge. So far, I have not not been able to find useful information when searching for this drive, IBM Travelstar model IC25T048ATDA05, and both the Dell service and user manuals are of no help. I hope to recover the data on this old drive by connecting it as a secondary hard drive, as  with a SATA to USB adapter. Or if the drive gets power from its cable (here too I am ignorant), maybe I can slave it to a desktop system running, as the drive did, Windows XP.

Once you pull the connector from the back of the drive, it's a standard, parallel ATA 2.5' drive. You can mount the drive in a 2.5' USB PATA case once the blade adapter is removed.
