The log file shows issues with the system HDD.To further check run the Pre-Boot System Assesment test.To run this test tap F12 on start up(Dell Logo),select Diagnostics, press enter.
Sorry for delay in response, was out office due to weekly off.
Error Code 2000-0146 indicates an issue with the HDD.Most likely you will need to replace the HDD however you can try performing a clean reinstall of Windows using the Windows DVD.You need to delete the existing Windows (OS) partition and than reinstall Windows.
Note:For clean reinstall Under Step 4 "Reinstall the operating system from the OS Setup Disk", for sub step 6 click on more options(on the bottom),select the OS partition, click delete, confirm deletion, select the partion " unallocated space",click next to install OS.
If the system freezes while installing Windows than you will just need to get the HDD replaced.
Note:Deleting the OS partition on the HDD will delete all your data/application from the HDD permanently. If the system is booting to Windows than back up all your data on to an external storage (may be an external HDD) before reinstalling Windows.

Hi CParejo21,
Sorry for delay in response, was out office due to weekly off.
Error Code 2000-0146 indicates an issue with the HDD.Most likely you will need to replace the HDD however you can try performing a clean reinstall of Windows using the Windows DVD.You need to delete the existing Windows (OS) partition and than reinstall Windows.
For steps to reinstall Windows manually use this link : support.dell.com/.../document
Let me know if you have any query.
