That wasn't my point. I didn't think it would install, but there are so many "updates" listed and I wish there were a way to have only those shown that I haven't done - or better yet, a way to hide the ones I don't ever want to see again. They make so many things sound so important, but you know, my computer generally runs just fine so I don't mess with it. This time however, I was looking to see if there was an update to the touchpad and found all the same old stuff. It would help too if they'd get rid of old updates for something when a new one comes out. Oh heck - I'm just wasting my breath. There is no answer and will never be a solution by Dell.
