I also attempted modifying the display settings using the Intel HD Graphics control panel. There was no difference, I still have a display appearance that you would expect from an 800X600 resolution even when the resolution is actually 1920X1080 on the second monitor. When I reduce the resolution to something like 1280X720 It reduces the amount of usable display to less than half- with unused space on the top and bottom of the 2nd monitor. It also modifies the resolution on the 1st monitor when I adjust the resolution only on the 2nd monitor ----Help----
I don't know if this is an issue but I have 2 display drivers in the Device Manager, one for the AMD Radeon HD 7730M and another for an Intel HD Graphics 4000, could that be an issue or is my system supposed to identify 2 video adapters?

I uninstalled and reinstalled both video drivers and it didn't fix the problem.

Can somebody at least tell me if this is a glitch in Win 7 or a common problem with the 2GB Radeon HD3077M?

Hi,
Could you please provide the model of the monitor connected to the laptop?
Also, would like to know which port are you connecting the monitor to, is it a VGA or a DVI port ?
Thanks & Regards
