Hi Bob.M2,

Thanks for posting on the Dell Community Forum.  The information regarding TWG In-Home Service is provided with the warranty you purchased when you bought your computer from Dell.  Here is a link to the website describing the services:

www.dell.com/.../legal_disclosure_config

Sorry for your confusion, if you have further questions, please contact me privately by clicking on my name in blue, then on the next page, click the envelope icon that says "start conversation", and send me your information.  Thanks.

Regards,

Robert

I had received a call to renew this warranty -- for a pretty hefty price.  I did.   Then tried to use it.  NO GOOD!!    I think it is a scam.  Got no help from DELL yet.  Refrred to Customer Service from technical Support.  Technical Support could not/would not acknowledge anything about this service contract, the order number, the e-mail, anything.    In look further into it -- I see that is is actually issued from

National Product Care Company -

TWG In-Home Service after Remote Diagnosis,

But NO WAY TO get ahold of them -- all numbers listed go back to Dell -- and they act like the know nothing about it.

Anyone else haing this issue?

Hi,

I got the same email, which kind of threw me for a loop. The first thing that I thought was that it was a scam, since it's worded as if I recently made a purchase. I guess I did buy the computer, but I wasn't thinking of that as purchasing the warranty. So, just so I'm clear, is there anything that we need to do for this, or are we just supposed to keep a record of it? And why is this coming separately, and so late?

Thanks for your help!
