I am really sorry for all the inconvenience caused to you for the order. The order might not have been placed that’s when you are not able to track the order or neither find the order online.

Many thanks for the reply. 

About an hour after your post my order confirmation finally came through so all seems well now and perhaps your website backlog is clearing up?  The only thing slightly odd is that the order confirmation says the estimated delivery date is 19-11-12, but when I followed the link back to the support website the order status page (which is now finding my order) says it has shipped (great if it has!) - but the UPS tracking number on the page isn't recognised on their website.  It could be that you have only just readied the order and UPS hasn't caught up yet, so I will see what happens tomorrow.

Anyway, so far so good - will now see if the prder processes through OK, but thank you for taking the time to reply.

You can provide me the details about the order so that I can provide you the order status.

Since you said that the order estimated delivery date is 11/19/2012 I would recommend you keep checking the Dell website about the order:

Support.Dell.com

Since you have already accepted my friend request I would recommend you to provide me the order number and contact details through a private chat so I may access your records and check for further course of action.

Hi Zippydoo2,

Have checked the tracking details with the tracking number that you have provided.

Below is that status of the shipment listed in UPS website which was updated on 11/19/2012: A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated. 

Once the delivery status is updated by UPS I will send you a private message with the details.

You can also track the shipment with the tracking number by visiting the below website.

The order and the customer number that you have provided is incorrect. Would recommend you to send me the correct details through a private message.

Hi Nikhil

The order / customer number I gave you was cut/pasted direct from the Order Details page on the Support website.  If they are incorrect then it is your website that has them incorrectly listed, although they do match the acknowledgement pdf Dell sent as well.

The order detail is getting reflected and was able to access the information through the order number that you have provided.

The status of the tracking number is still the same. Once the delivery status is updated by UPS I will send you a private message with the details.

Checked the order status and would like to inform you that UPS has received the package and it’s on vehicle for delivery today.

Tracking details from UPS website: Scheduled delivery updated to: Wednesday, 11/21/2012, by end of the day.
