Hi,
I have tried your suggestion to drain out all the power. No luck.
I am yet to try the memory reseat suggestion. There is no error message on the screen.
It just hangs in the Dell logo. Before it was going down like this
However one of the local shop is telling me that Hard drive is faulty and tried with another hard drive it is working.
It was a long beep. So does it indicate hard drive faulty? Not sure whether the local shop is correct.
How much does it cost 500 GB new hard drive, if I buy and replace through Dell?
Request you respond as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Bala.

Hi,
Actually I am facing this issue also as same with you(ditto). So, can you please what did you do finally.
Have you confirmed that this issue was related to hard drive? If yes, have you saved your data & changed the hard drive? or something else.
Please help me!
Thanks,
