Since the screenshot given in my previous post does not exist in your CCC, I would request you to uninstall AMD graphics and Intel HD 4000 Drivers completely and reinstall them from the support site. In case this does not work, we might have to perform a Factory reset. I have also escalated this issue so please give me 24 to 48 hours to get back with an Update.
Rakesh Ro, which driver do you exactly use? and which Bios?
Because newest Driver an Dell Support (Rev A01) does not giv the oportunity to decide the mode HOW graficscard is chosen... at least not with BIOS Rev A04 or below...
but i doubt, that a Reinstall or factory Reset would help anything, since i did exacly this about 5 or 6 times during the last 3 weeks, along with 2 new motherboards (Support-Hotline sent me 2 different Techs) and finaly a complete new Notebook, with fresh dell-factory installation, which didn´t work from first boot... :-(
but I hop the version you mentioned will bring a solution...
I have the exact same issue since I received my machine on 7th September. I am unable to detect my 7730 anywhere other than the device manager.
I am using win 7 64 bit and my driver version is 8.951.9.1000 and file name is: Video_AMD_W7_A01_Setup-N8PHN_ZPE.exe.
The problems I have:
GPUZ does not run (it hangs on splash screen). (Snapshot added)
CpuZ does not detect the 7730. (Snapshot added)
3dmark11 gives error when test is started (Snapshot added)
HWiNFO64 runs and detects all of my hardware except the 7730. (Snapshot added)
I am unable to get the screen of ccc that is mentioned in the above posts. (Snapshot added)
Games which can run on intel 4000 gpu runs but graphics intensive games like bf3, sleeping dogs etc either crash themselves or the system crashes with a bsod regarding "atikmpag.sys".
Note that I have performed a fresh windows install two times and updated my bios from A02 to A04 with same results.
Following are series of snapshots from my machine:
Notice the absence of ati gpu:
For comparison I am also adding snaps from a review site (which apparently received a functioning product for review)

In my version of driver I haven't got this window. I have the same window that I already uploaded. Maybe installing your CCC fix it. It's in progress.

Yeah. And thank you a lot. Because no one helps us =(. I've heard that DELL support is very good, but it seems that everyone are on vacation :)

exactly the same symptoms over here.
And there are many mor of us, having similar, or exactly the same issues...
please DELL release a NEW DRIVER Version...
or BIOS Rev A05, or whatever solves this frustrating problem...

Guys, try this......
lets say you are playing max payne 3
1) Create a desktop shortcut for "PlayMaxPayne3"
2) Right click on it and click on properties
3) Under "Shortcut" tab in "target" add this "-dx11 -adapter 1" {without quotes}
4) Enjoy the game to the core with high settings with 2048 graphics!!....
Let me know if this helps... :-)
