headset is paired with my dell XPS but there is problem with drivers....windows update also failed to get the drivers...
my headset is working properly as it connects with my smartphone and my other desktop system....in my other desktop system drivers for headset got installed from windows update.....but drivers is not installing from windows update of my XPS...
The blue tooth is not getting highlighted as shown in the screen shot. Please assist. My lapton is XPS 14z with Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. I have installed the driver you have mentioned.
Same is the case with me. But it is perfectly working with Windows 8 and even it is perfectly workig with my friends dell inspirion laptop having windows7, But when I try to connect it with my desktop with windows 7 32-bit OS , it gets added with the system but device drivers software did not match. I ve tried every thing give in this conversation please suggest me something else.

Hi nilay13490,
I would suggest you to try the below steps to see if it works.
1: Pair a Bluetooth device:
Click the Bluetooth icon on the system tray.
Click Add a Device.
Select the device from the list and click next.
Select yes if the pairing code is matching and click next.
2: Download latest drivers and see if it works. Below is the link to download latest drivers.
This system is shipped with:
DW1901 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi/Bluetooth 4.0 combo card
Or
Intel 6235 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi/Bluetooth 4.0 combo card

Did you try to pair the Bluetooth device to see if it works? Are you facing this issue with other Bluetooth devices or only with the headset?

Would suggest you to uninstall the current driver on your system and then download the latest driver.
