Thanks alot for the down load link my Bios was a A07 so I am guessing it was long needing of a upgrade. It didnt fix my AHCI and ATA sata operations though I switched the sata operation back to AHCI and it failed to boot except this time I got a blue error screen meassage saying it was going to shutdown my computer to prevent damage. If you know of any ideas that could help me with the AHCI and ATA sata operations or is there even a big noticeable difrence in the two I know I had to disable flash Modluing so I can enable ATA sata operations does ATA slow down my computer?
Please help me with few details. -- When exactly do you get the Blue-screen? -- Please capture the stop error code and let me know, would assist you with the next course of action. Awaiting your response!

Hello,
That could have been the exact problem and really appreciate that you have been able to fix it.
I would still suggest updating the BIOS to its latest version.
