I can understand how annoying it is to wait for the video to load. Have you observed if the system gets heated up ,when the video freezes?
If the flash player version is not updated, please update it from the http://bit.ly/6FQR0
I would suggest, try a different browser while watching the online videos and check if the problem still persists. Disable Hardware Acceleration. Right click anywhere on the desktop screen >go to Properties > Settings > Advanced >Troubleshoot > drag the pointer for hardware acceleration to none.
Thanks for answering!! I did the Hardware Acceleration and made sure my flash player was up to date. Time will tell. Now what do I do about the DVD problems?
Please enter the Service Tag, select the Operating System you are using and then download the latest video driver. Restart the computer and check if the issue is fixed.
Please check Device Manager to find the video card installed. Right click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager >Click on Display Adapter and you will find the video card installed on your system.
Once you are able to find the name of the video card, install the driver from Dell’s support site.
To assist you better, I request you to provide me with the system Service Tag in a private message.
I am sending you a private message, please click on my name highlighted in blue. On the next page, click the envelope icon and provide the system’s Service Tag and contact information so I may access your system records.
Please enter the Service Tag, select the Operating System you are using and then download the latest video driver. Restart the computer and check if the issue is fixed.
