You may have experienced difficulty downloading drivers from Dell support website as the databases are getting updated. (This is normal and may occur when new content is being uploaded for websites). Please share details of the drivers issues that you are facing for your XPS L502x systems. Let me explore the best options available at this time. A screenshot of your system's 'device manager' page would help. If possible, please publish it.
