There is not a fix for this. Was this a NEW purchase directly from Dell? If yes, Dell India Order Support can setup a monitor exchange. If you bought the monitor from a reseller, you will need to contact them.

Hi Chris,

No! I didn't purchased it from Dell. I purchased it through a reseller. I've been told that I need to contact the Dell directly for the exchange. Is it possible?

Hi Chris,

I just had words with Dell Support guys and they have told me that they'll replace my monitor with a refurbished monitor. Am I supposed to get refurbished one or the complete new one? I have heard that Dell replaces monitors with a complete new one and not the refurbished one. Is that correct?
