DELL RESPONSE:
Hi Jeram,
I wil recommend you to disable NIC from BIOS (System setup):
Restart the system and keep taping 'F2' as soon as the Dell logo appears.
Go to 'Advanced' and make sure 'Integrated NIC' is disabled.
In case it is set as 'Enabled', change it to 'Disbaled'.
Press 'F10' to save the changes.
Restart the system and see if it works fine.
Also, check if the hard drive is getting detected in BIOS:
Go to BIOS screen.
Go to 'Main' and check if the hard drive is getting detected in front of 'Fixed HDD'.
I will also recommend you to run the diagnostics on your system:
Restart your system and keep tapping 'F12' as soon as the Dell logo appears.
Highlight 'Diagnostics' using up/down arrow keys and press enter.
Please let me know if you get an error code/message.
Keep me posted. Please reply for any further questions.
Thanks and Regards,
Vikram M
