Vostro 3550 bluetooth not working

when i try to open/run my bluetooth it shows me dialogue box saying......

Please activate Bluetooth using the wireless key (F2) first.

after that i have start it using Fn+F2 ...

but it is still not working.

nd my laptop is in warranty .
