Welcome to the Community.
XPS 10 comes with latest Windows RT. iTunes is not compatible with Windows RT as of now. Works exclusively with apps available in the Windows Store.

You may want to send a request to Apple on their support forums. They do not currently have iTunes for Windows 8 RT, but they could potentially develop it and make available via the Microsoft store.
