Radio & TV Tuner

Question

When I purchased my computer (Dell XPS 17 (702x), the computer came with a TV Radio Antenna in which is hooked up to the computer. After the restore, I can not find any programs on the dell website (under my original programs that came with the computer) or any where else for that matter. Where are the programs, etc. ? How do I find them? Really confused on this end. Thank you.
