As per the description the hard drive is present in the middle of the computer, I suggest you to update the firmware for the harddrive and check from this link: http://dell.to/Mbe3zg
Click the above link, enter the service tag of the computer and select the operating system from the dropdown and select the Serial ATA and download the firmware for the harddrive installed in the computer and install it. Restart the system and check.

I would like to know is the noise coming from the system hardware components or from the internal speakers of the computer.

I think the noise is from the internal hardware component it is like an unfined tuned radio channel

Hi Ahmad,
I would like to know from which side of the laptop you hear the noise, is it from the left, right, or the bottom of the laptop?
Please hear the sound carefully and reply. This will help us to isolate which part inside the laptop is causing the noise.
