I apologise for the inconvenience caused to you due to the issue. As you have already performed Operating System Reinstallation, I would recommend you to isolate the issue by examining the hardware.
You may refer to the link below for hardware diagnostics:
I did whatever I could, I already have done hardware test, all test suggests everything is fine, I have already done hardware diagonstics test as per your website and per your customer support engineer, I have also re-installed windows several times after formatting but nothing is working. I have been keep on getting same error message i.e. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, The worst thing with Dell is they don't want to send their service engineer straight away to diagonise the problem. I have seen somewhere on net if this problem keep on occuring it means there is something wrong with the mother board but no one want to trust me. Whenever I switched on the laptop and work I keep on pressing Ctrl+S with a fear I might not lose data, the fear of shutting down laptop is too big. I don't know what's the use of extending warranty if you are unable to provide me solution of the problem I'm facing. The service tag # F20LXP1 you can verify it is still in warranty.
Kindly advise me what I can do in these circumstances.

My computer will boot and it will stay for 1 to 2 mins and again it will reboot. So can you please suggest me something.
