Windows 8 OEM reinstallation disk.
Recently I purchased Dell inspiron 15R 5522. There is not Windows 8 reinstallation disk received with it. I want to install windows 8 to change the HDD partitions my way.
Why this Disk is not received??? or what is the way to reinstall. I dont want to do recovery and back and all. Just need to install a fresh windows 8.
Kindly show me the way How can I get windows 8 reinstallation disk?

I am an Indian customer and it opens page for USA. When I am changing to India it again automatically transfering to USA. Also in the same link you provided I went to fill up a form for recovery media but it inclues only USA states.
So, Kindly guide me how can I proceed.

You don't have a form outside the US (which I have complained on many occasion about). Instead you have to phone Dell Technical Support for your region and request one.
This has led to mixed results. The technical support numbers may be found in my poll which highlights this problem:
