Cannot connect to Wifi after New Hard Drive Installed

Question

Hello, I am really in need of some help. I have searched this forum for days, reinstalled my drivers in the correct order but I am still not able to connect to Wifi. I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 and I recently installed a new hard drive. Everything is working fine EXCEPT the  WIFI. In the Device Manager the Network Controller has a yellow triangle with a exclamation point in it. I have tried to search to find the driver but it says it is unable to locate it. When I download the Intel driver from the Dell website, it downloads but nothing ever opens. I am at a lost and I just need some help. Any answers or pointing in the right direction if this has already been solved would be greatly appreciated.   OS: Windows Vista 32 bit

Download and install in this order...

Dell System Software, v.6.5.0, A05

Intel GM45 Express Chipset Family, v.8.7.0.1007, A00

Realtek RTS5158E Card Reader, v.6.0.6000.20125, A04

Then go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag, click on original configuration. Look and see which wireless adapter you have installed. Then go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag, select your operating system and under network, download and install the drivers for your adapter.

Then download and install Dell QuickSet, v.9.6.21, A07

Places to look to see if your Connection is enabled

Download the Intel Intel(R) WiFi Link 5300, Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100, Intel(R) WiFi Link 5000 Series WLAN Half-Mini Card, v.TIC153101, A02 drivers and save them to your desktop.

Double click on the drivers asnd it should install.

H379C1LABEL..., REGULATORY..., WIRELESS..., 5100, INSPIRON..., M09 is the wireless card. But when I have gone to download the driver for this before it has downloaded it but nothing happened
