I would suggest you to run test on Wireless network card using Dell PC Diagnostic. To download Dell PC Diagnostics you can click the link mentioned below:
If the test pass, let me know which of the following wireless card is in the system:
D1703 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0 Half Mini Card 1704 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0 Half Mini Card 1901 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0 Half Mini Card Intel® 2230 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0 Half Mini Card Intel® 6150 WiFi / WiMAX Half Mini-Card
If the wireless has stopped working recently, I would suggest you to perform system restore which may fix the issue. Please click the link mentioned below to perform system restore:
On Dell PC Diagnostic I don't have a wireless network card and I don't know how to see the model of the wireless if is not installed. In the Device Manager I have a "Network Controller".

I noticed the SM Bus Controller displaying also you should reinstall the Chipset Drivers and the Card Reader first.
