Hi Emyy xox,Do follow the steps below to check which network card you have in the machine:
Check if the wireless card is detected in Device manager.
If the wireless card is detected, update wireless drivers:Update the wireless network drivers for the computer.

Or, you can just hit FN+F2 and turn it back on after making sure that it shows enabled in the BIOS
