Also if you get a chance try running the hardware diagnostics by pressing the Fn + Power or F12 during startup and selecting Diagnostics which will initiate the hardware diagnostics.

A follow-up: I brought my laptop back to the original point of sale for service - they changed the entire motherboard and now my machine is working. I have no explanation as to why I was able to get the machine to restart after the initial failure to turn it on.
I have the same problem with my dell inspiron n5010, I need it more than ever, becouse now I have the last Exam in Faculty of Computer Engineering.
Please can you help me what to do, how to get it back.
I tried everything from pres powered button 10-15 second, 30 second, 1 minute. Eject cd-rom, eject ram memory, eject HDD, eject processor, and it doest give any sound or any light.
One night before i shut down in regular form, and tomorrow when I want to use the laptop it doesn't turn on.
No INDICATORS, NOTHING.
Please HELP
Specification of laptop
Core i3 370m
4gb ram
320 GB HDD
Graphic Intel 64mb ( with ram 1750 MB)
Windows 10
Till that day when I Shut Down it was worked perfectly.
I'm sorry to hear about your trouble with your machine.
Unfortunately for me, my fix required a hardware change which took at least a week. The whole motherboard as I understand it was replaced on my machine. After that happened, I decided that I needed a new "spare" machine that would work as a contingency in case I needed to quickly get back online. From there on, I used the SDCard slot as my data drive. I've left nothing of import on the C:\ or D:\ drives on my laptop and I can move my important information to another computer with an SDCard slot.
Is there a way for you to extract the hard drive from the chassis so you can insert it into an external docking station and can access your drive as if it was an external device? Given your timeline, it may be the only way to get access to your data.
Good luck - I hope that you can work around your situation.

FYI - This issue is similar to the issues reported in the following threads:
"Dell Inspiron N5110 Not Turning on :(" and "Laptop N5110 not turning on, no charging light".
