Hi ciccionetta,

Please log in to the BIOS screen by repeatedly tapping F2 key on boot up. Go to "System configuration" Tab and disable the “Latitude On” Reader.

Hi ciccionetta,

Latitude ON is a software application to enable instant access to critical applications. The user will boot to this application via a dedicated hardware button on the chassis of the notebook.

You could install the Dell Reader 2.0 from the below link.

Thanks for the response. I don't want or need this program and I don't understand why the computer is getting this error message when it boots. How do I eliminate this problem?
