Well, I *am* impressed. No response from my email request to Dell, no response in this forum, and after calling Dell and being promised an email response within a day, no response. Paying for a product and not receiving it is a pretty basic failure.

Frank Zappa said 'Jazz isn't dead, it just smells funny'. I'm inclined to substitute 'Dell' for 'jazz'...

...it might have been better not to mention that, since the 48 hours you refer to has now elapsed and yours is the only response I've had. I called Dell Support again and was asked to wait another 24 hours, so I've had no effective response via email, telephone or forum. Should I really need to try a *fourth* avenue?.

I remain deeply unimpressed.
