Did you order the system with Bluetooth? It would have been an option - not standard equipment. If you did, it's probably this card:

If you did a clean OS install you might need to actually install the drivers for your Bluetooth card. You can use the same ones you had for Windows 7 Basic, they can be downloaded from the support site (I think).

I have tried the link, downloaded the Blue tooth driver. It's showing problem while installing. What should i do now?
I don't have drive to install blue tooth. Everything were already installed, when i purchased the laptop.
