Thank you! I'm doing some updates and soon as they are done I will run the diagnostics test you said and post the status for you. Again Thanks for the help!
Holding the FN and Power button simultaneously did not work. So I went to my Hard Drive site and downloaded a Diagnostic test on my HD WD2500BEVT-75ZCT2 it passed everything but SCSI_0_000_Disk-Generic-Multi Card Target not ready. Test Results Failed Error Code 4400:011A also ran another Diagnostic test using a disk that came with the computer Called Drivers and Utilities for the HD said Device Quick test Pass: Read Test Pass: Seek Test Pass: Smart Test Pass: Verify Test Pass. Then I done a Chkdsk on my HD it said Volume is Clean. So Im not sure why the Funnel Seek Test and Hard Drive Random Seek Test failed in the other test. If there is any other test I can run please let me know. Sorry it took so long to post this but snow storm took the power out.. Thanks Again
The Hard Drive Funnel Seek Test and Hard Drive Random Seek Test still fails with the Dell support center. I just don't understand why all the other hard drive test shows everything is okay but the Dell software shows these 2 are failing. Also
been trying to use the Analyze System for Updates Scan EULA and now I am getting this message. Which makes no sense to me It is a Dell Laptop and the setup on the Laptop is the same as it was when I got it from Dell even the OS is Still the same. Nothing has changed since I got it from Dell.
The Dell Driver Analyze Utility currently does not support your operating system. To search for drivers, please enter your Service Tag or choose your product model. Click on “Back to Results Page”.
to return to the Drivers & Downloads page. Drivers Home Page
So I'm trying to find Drives and updates for the same system and the drive page is giving me this info and all the drives they are given me to update I have tried and they are tell me it does not work with my system. I am using the Service Tag # and I am running 64bit don't understand how dell can get my service tag # and still give me the wrong stuff to install.

Hi twaller73,
I recommend, to run diagnostics on the computer. Restart the computer by holding the FN and Power button simultaneously.
This test would give you a clear message about the hard drive error.
Let the diagnostics complete and let me know the status.
Awaiting your response!

Hi twaller73,
The test on the hard drive has passed.
4400:011A indicates target not ready. This does not affect the hard drive performance.
You can use the computer normally. If issue persists, kindly private message me the service tag.
Awaiting your response!
