Hi Ian,

I'm trying to get details about removing previously posted product reviews. These reviews would still remain under the product page where it was posted. Can you tell me which product review you're trying to remove? I'll be happy to check.

Sorry you're having issues adding your 20th product to the Product List. Please send me a private message with the Service Tag by clicking on my user name and adding me as a friend. I'll take it from there.

About the guide / user manual for the Inspiron 660s, you would be able to download the same from our Support Site under the manual section. Do let me know if you need help locating that.

Thanks
Regards,

I've just PM'd you Vijay, however I didn't get any kind of confirmation message (consistent with Dell's appalling website usability) so I don't if you've received it or not. If not please let me know and I'll retry.

Cheers

Hi Vijay,

It's my last review left approx Tuesday 12th March. For an XPS15. You need to scrap that review so I can leave a more appropriate one. Why are they not accessible from within my online account though? Not a pop at you but this is basic web usability giving the customer the option to add, edit, delete, etc.

I've had a girl from the UK office email about adding the PC to my Product List, she's just in a spin about what I'm asking. She's talking about multiple customer IDs and one can only have x, y and z order attached but not this order. I'm lost, I just need all orders under one online account, you have my email this is the account to use.

How do I PM you BTW?

I have the PDF guide I need the 4-6 page blue paper physical book sent with the PC. I received the Inspiron 660 I need the 660s.

Thanks
Ian

Hi Ian,

you've been had, my friend!

Dell seem to capture the likes of you and me - we pay for the big house and fast cars! Maybe best to not give them any feedback. They don't read what their customers say anyway. What's a few lost sales from amongst a million if one moves on?!

Dell customer support is . You just have to read other posters comments. However, I find it best to buy a cheap Dell, back up on a decent hard-drive and then buy another Dell after a few months. That's the way of the current technological world - hardware here today, gone tomorrow.

The problem for us users is that the  at the top makes millions out of us but what can we do if we want the technology?

He could make it cheaper, of course?

My best advice for your grandparents is to do what I do - buy cheap at the outset, don't upgrade, back-up then just buy another Dell. And when he goes bust?

There will be another Dell!
