Hi seeksho,

This could be an issue with any computer hardware failure. To check the same request you to run the diagnostics by following the below steps:

(1) Restart the computer.

(2) At the Dell logo, keep tapping F12 key.

(3) One time boot menu appears, scroll down and select diagnostics.

(4) This initiates a test on the computer.

(5) Once this test is completed make a note of the error codes, if any.
