Welcome to the Community. I suggest you first install AMD Mobility Radeon Driver Verification Tool, to see if there is an updated driver for your video card. Use the below link to download it.
it is said "amd cannot be downloaded due to incompatiable hardware/software on your computer, the version of your graphic adapter is not supported...."
Absolutely the same problem. Laptop and the graphics card is the same. Tried to download the driver itself from third-party sources - did not help. Put the new system, check it for viruses. What to do? Can write to AMD? Please help!!!
