Hibernation needs to be turned on in Services. In Power Options it must have a time before hibernating of anything except NEVER.

Actually hibernation IS turned on.. Even if i click on the hibernate button, it doesn't hibernate... at first i didn't have any problem with it..
And some time it awakes unexpectedly from the sleep mode (like after 1 hour or something). Its irritating .
