thanks for the replay but i can't see the screen its damaged its all black for me i need to use external TV or Something to install the drivers i dont even know of still fully installed yet maybe there something to use map of key you can give me to get it work for hdmi or something so please any ideas and thanks again
Thanks sir for your help but im looking for something in bios to change it up like mapping using the keys to right setting make my laptop start up with external screen
Unless something else is wrong, the BIOS screen WILL show on an external screen once the system senses the connection. You may not see it immediately on bootup but if you press F2 a few times, you will see it shortly thereafter. If you don't, there's more wrong than just the damaged display panel.
soo will show in hdmi screen with out any problem of i hit the F2 Key interesting i will try but i still need map or video for the bios for this bios i need to setup the windows soon is possible thanks for the replay
I am sorry for the delayed response; you may try tapping F12 during startup. Assuming that one time boot menu has appeared as mentioned in the below screen shot, press “down arrow” once and hit enter.
There after keep tapping enter key once every second for the next 10 seconds. The next screen would load OS files, let me know if something shows up on the screen (TV) at this stage. Ensure OS disc in the optical drive before this process is initiated.
Also let us know the system is under warranty using the link below.

Hi Aishida,
The HDMI port would only be enabled after loading windows, as the drivers are required to function properly.
