Hi Shashivardhanreddy,

There could be various reasons why you were asked to replace the speaker on your own. For example: if you were using VLC media play, your warranty may get void. VLC has a feature that can make the audio sound louder than it does with other players.

You may provide service tag of the computer and the name as it appears on the account via private message (click my username and then click Start Conversation). I can review the details and check the further course of action.

Please reply if you have any questions.

When speakers stop working sometimes the speakers have failed, but most of the time the sense pin circuit has failed. See the 1st section of the Headphone Jack FAQ for an explanation. If you think you have a failed sense pin, remove VLC Player from your system if you have it and call support again.

If you run the tests and decide that your speakers have really failed and tech support will not fix them, read the Verified Answer in this thread to learn who to contact for help.
