I do not have a separate headphone with microphone, specially because this system has only one point inlet. I have tried installing the Audio Driver and it does not work.
Thanks for providing us this information. Kindly, check the same microphone on a different system as this issue can also be caused due to faulty microphone.

Please let us know the version of windows installed on the system. Kindly check different headphone or speakers on the system.

Thanks for providing us this information. Please check the link below to update audio driver for the system:
ftp.dell.com/.../Audio_IDT_W74_A01_Setup-FKRT4_ZPE.exe

Hi Sandeep,
I have Windows seven installed in it. The Speakers work fine both the Internal and any external that i use.
