Changing the date in Operating System can cause certificate issues such as the one you are facing; switch the date back to the original date and time. The yellow exclamation mark in the Device Manager is against the “Wi-USB”, are you currently using the Wireless Display feature in the computer? If not, it is recommended to ignore this behavior as it will not impact your computer’s performance. If you face any issues after changing the date please feel free to contact us. We are working on this issue and if we have any update we will post the same in the forum.
This is a little strange but great workaround. This will surely help us in providing fix for this issue to other users. Please feel free to update us in case you have any other findings.
As a final step I would like to suggest performing the “Reset Operation” in Windows 8 to eliminate any software related issues. This will remove everything in the computer including your personal files so please backup the data to an external device such as a Pen Drive, External Hard Drive or disc. Click here to find steps on how to perform “Reset”.

Sorry but it also matters on usb 3.0 function. Due to this there's only usb 2.0 device speed.
