Hi bhavin007,

Please change the wireless properties settings and check if the network speed is improving.

Click Start > Settings > Control Panel >Double-click Network Connections>Right-click the wireless connection and click Properties>Click Configure>Click the Advanced tab>Select the Power Management setting, uncheck Default / Auto, and move the slider to Highest / Maximum Performance. In case the slider is already at Highest / Maximum Performance, move the slider to another setting and then back to Highest / Maximum Performance. You can also refer to the link below.

Also check in safe mode with networking if the internet speed is higher

Please do reply for further assistance.

I keep my Bluetooth off only unless required. I run speed test from www.speedtest.net only.

Even you can try to disable Bluetooth Collaboration if you have the option in the same page. Try running speed test from www.speedtest.net

Hi Senthil S,

I switched power save mode to off. Changed receive/transmit buffer from 256 to 512. My WLAN performance is still the same. No change.

I am unable to access Windows Startup Options. I am using Windows 8 Pro. Tapping F8 when rebooting doesn't seem to work.

Thanks
