As the laptop power button is on, the laptop is receiving the power but not able to display anything.
Check if the computer is giving out any beep sounds, and include them in the reply. Also check the status and color of the power button light and flashing lock lights when the system is turned on.
Based on the issue description, the problem could be with the memory/ motherboard. I suggest you to reseat the memory in the system and check if the system is powering on. If the system is not powering on, try to start the system with only one memory card at a time.

I have tried with only AC adapter too, Problem remains the same,

Its not giving any beep sound. Color is blue (Original color) which blinks all the time
