17 days and still no answer if and when they will deliver the correct laptop. I asked multiple times for and ETR and all I get is that I have to wait 24hr for answer. Reason for me to reply is the get and ETR and I asked that question for 5 days now with no answer (just makes me wonder if 24hrs are different in India).
A new email from customer (I dont) Care stating "we shall notify you as soon as the teams are able to resolve it and build the machine appropriately". No ETR.
I also asked if Dell will send internationally since I am traveling from 5/17-6/9 and can therefore not receive packages and the answer is no, they will not send internationally.
Is the only option to cancell order and go with another company??

Is this how Dell normally behaves?

Hi Terlands,
Did you try changing the power options in Windows control panel to high performance and see if the video card shows up?
