Hi NaderMaher,

Unfortunately you will be unable to upgrade to any video card higher.  The NVidia GeForce 525M card is discrete and soldered to the mother board.

The only way is to sell the system and buy a new one - you cannot upgrade what you have.

Hi NaderMaher,

as Mr DELL-Sujatha K say you can't upgrade your video card easly because its integrated on the motherboard

-Note

in your motherbord northbridge and southbridge are integrated in one chip

Please don't provide false information.  The video chip on this system is part of the mainboard - it cannot be removed from the board, and installing any other chip would require a complete mainboard redesign.

Though it may not be the news the poster wants to hear, there is NO WAY to upgrade the video chip in the N5110.

Please accept my respect Mr ejn63

I used to replace video chip but with the same chip and you are right "any other chip would require a complete mainboard redesign"

I'm sorry about that Mr NaderMaher

please call or visit Dell office near to you

Dear NaderMaher,

yes its possible to upgrade the video card by specialist by remove and replace it

but if you upgrade it you should also upgrade the processor and increase the RAM also in order to keep the laptop in stability
