Usually, laptops do not have the capability to upgrade the graphics card. The graphics card is embedded on the motherboard. Dell only ships AMD Radeon™ HD 7450M and AMD® Radeon™ HD 6630M card with this system model. If you are looking to upgrade the graphics card, then the entire motherboard may have to be replaced.
The version of the board that has AMD video does support DX11 -- though don't expect it to be a high-performance gaming system; it's still fairly low-end for video.
If you change the system from Intel to AMD video, you will need to replace the heatsink assembly - the one for Intel WILL NOT fit the AMD board.

Hi vinhtq115,
I agree with DELL-Appu S
you can't upgrade the graphics card in laptop because it's integrated in the mainboard
look at this picture to understand (just exemple)

No, you cannot. You'd need to replace the mainboard - you cannot install a video card.

Hey, does Dell have any other 05TM8C motherboard with AMD Radeon HD that support DirectX 11?

I want to buy Dell N4110's motherboard from Dell. I live in Vietnam so eBay is not a solution. However, thanks for the idea.

Dell will likely have the part - plan on spending about 3X what it costs on Ebay though.
