sorry, i don't think it works with my laptop,  i tried to delete my video driver, and installed it again, but it still have the same problem

its AMD Radeon HD 6900M series on Windows 7 Home premium

not the same actually, it is said AMD Catalyst Mobility cannot be downloaded due to incompatible hardware/software on your computer, the version of your graphics adapter is not supported.

and i finished the diagnostic, it said did not identify any hardware faults.

I appreciate the time and effort that you took to troubleshoot the issue. Do you receive the same error message while trying to install the above driver?

Kindly try to install the video driver in safe mode. Also, run the diagnostics on the system from the link below:

and i start think whether it is the driver's problem or it is the screen's problem? how can i get a replacement for my screen?

Hi XinZzz,

I appreciate the time and effort that you took to troubleshoot the issue. It seems to be an issues with graphic driver or the card.

It would be better if you check the system with an external monitor to isolate the cause of the issue.

thanks for the suggestions, it much better after i tried tons of times, but still there are some green dots on my laptop sometimes, and there's one more problem, my laptop always overheat, so i was wondering if you can give my laptop a full hardware scan? i'll appreciate it
