Hi wraithewulfe,

Please follow the steps below to run the diagnostics for the ‘Video card’.

  1. Open the link http://dell.to/11MXNII
  2. Select ‘Component’ under ‘Choose a Diagnostic Type’.
  3. Select ‘Video Card’ under ‘Make a selection’.
  4. Click on ‘Run Diagnostics’ button.
  5. Let me know the results.
  6. Select ‘Video Card Stress’ under ‘Make a selection’.
  7. Click on ‘Run Diagnostics’ button.
  8. Let me know the results.

Ravi,

Executed both tests, and results were green across the board for the Intel HD graphics card. Nothing was shown for the nVidia that I want working, however.

I would like to know the exact error message you recieve when you try to install the nvidia video card drivers.

I would advise you to install the video card driver from the Dell website below.

Hi wraithewulfe,

I would advise you to update the BIOS on your system and then try reinstalling the video card driver to check for issue resolution.
