Remove and reinstall both memory modules. If that doesn't solve the problem, try each module one at a time in each slot, until you isolate the bad module (which you will need to replace) or the bad socket (in which case you'll need to replace the mainboard).

My computer started after reinstalling both memory modules! Thanks a million for the quick and effective help!
