Apart from the hardware requirements you have mentioned several software packages to be installed, for this you must contact the support team of software. Based on my research I would recommend visiting the following pages to find the detailed system requirements for the software you want to install:
1. What type of virtualization? There are multiple types. You're looking for server-class virtualization, so you're going to need to look at the high-end Precision mobile workstations. The consumer-grade Inspiron systems will not suit your needs.
2. Dell doesn't support Server on any notebook system - nor will any other notebook manufacturer. You're on your own there.
3. That won't be a problem.
4. You will have that option with the Precision mobiles.

Thanks for the reply . To state clearly I need the following
1. Laptop should support virtualaization at BIOS level .Please confirm listed laptips provided supports at hardware level
2. Should be able to install windows 2008 R2 OS as Child Operating systems
3. Able to install SQL Server 2012 Enterprise edition
4. Also provide SSD options for hard Disk

After doing some research , I found following are my requirement . Since I want to buy DELL laptop only
I am looking for following options
Basically Del M6XXX series
1. DELL M6500 which is a Core i7 with 16GB RAM and dual 256GB SSDs
2. DELL E5420 which is a Sandybridge i5 with 8GB RAM and a single 256GB SSD in it
Let me know prices of M6XXX series and DELL E5420 with SSD and without SSD
